Guest Blog: 504 and IEP Organization Tips

This month I’m excited to share a guest blog post from Danielle Ward. Danielle is a non-legal parent advocate and founder of Encompass Parent Solutions. She is a specialist in education for parents of children with learning disabilities, like dyslexia and ADHD, and works with families with learning differences who struggle in school. As a private family consultant, Danielle helps them navigate the resources and support they need to thrive at school and at home.

Danielle wrote a blog post recently specifically focused on parents whose children have or will have 504s or IEPs. This blog highlights a few key areas and resources to help parents take action this fall, make a plan, and feel more confident as they navigate the new school year. She also highlights things to keep in mind as your child transitions to a new school. You can read her blog post here.
